COVID19 Deliveries

Please note that deliveries are taking longer than normal during the current COVID 19 pandemic.

Just a quick update, as we are currently receiving high amounts of emails asking about postal deliveries taking longer than normal to arrive.

We are currently operating with less staff & resources than usual due to the resort being closed and working within the social distancing guidance, however we are still managing to pick & ship within 1-3 working days, due to our working shifts & weekends.

Over the past week our team have answered around 100+ emails, DM’s and tweets of the same nature all asking where your parcels are, currently Royal Mail is extremely short-staffed and as online retail business orders have increased massively since the majority of shops shut this has added a huge amount of additional items to the system. Royal Mail have notified us to say they are also operating at a reduced staffing capacity and the post levels have increased creating a large backlog.

As such we have no way of exactly knowing how long your order will take at present to reach you, Royal Mail is working in unprecedented times and trying their very best. Some items are taking around twice as long to arrive than Royal Mails advertised times.

This really is unfortunately out of our hands and we are sorry but we are trying our best to ensure items are picked, packed and posted as quickly as possible.

Some items are taking upto 14 working days to arrive, so we ask please allow sufficient time before contacting us regarding your parcel as we are unable to locate the whereabouts of any packages currently until a delivery is attempted, but we have been assured that Royal Mail despite the additional time will get your package to you.

Returns are also affected currently and as you might expect if items are taking longer to get to you, they will also be taking longer to get back to us. We are processing returns on a daily basis but please allow extra time for your returns to get to us.

Please also always check the delivery address, we have had higher than normal levels of customers accidentally put the wrong delivery address.

Please make sure that you have checked all your details and applicable discounts before pressing pay.
