We continue to process orders made via the Alton Towers Resort Online Shop normally. Please allow 3-5 workings days from your shipping notification email.

‘Mark on the Park’ bricks Update…

The latest (January 2023) batch of bricks and all prior batches have now been laid at the entrance plaza. The window for placing a new brick order is currently open, closing 22/05/23. This batch is expect to be laid August 2023.

Product Availability…

A selection of our 2023 product range is now available online! We aim to bring more items to this range online in the coming weeks. As with many businesses around the country, we are still experiencing delays with receiving product to us. Whilst we are working very hard to minimise these shortages, re-stocking products may be slower than usual and the resort shops are prioritised.
