During busy periods, it may take up to 7 working days to receive your order.
Postage and Delivery Fees start from £3.95 for domestic UK Standard Delivery (5 days) once payment has been received.
We currently don't offer international postage, but please contact us if there is something you're interested in.
Your ATR goods will be delivered Monday through to Saturday; excluding public holidays.
We normally process the last online orders at 2pm business days. Orders placed after 2pm on business days and public holidays will normally be processed on the next business day.
- Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.

Returns & Exchanges
Our return policy
In addition to your legal rights, should you change your mind, we will happily provide an exchange or refund providing the following conditions are met:
- The items with the original receipt are returned within 14 days of purchase.
- The item has not been used and is in original condition as purchased, including all packaging with original tags and labels attached.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
For online exchanges, please list alternative item(s) in case we have sold out of your first choice.
Standard delivery charges apply on re-delivery for online exchanges if sent back to the online returns address, unless goods are exchanged in accordance with your statutory rights (eg. they are faulty or not as ordered).
