Depending on your Annual Pass type, you maybe eligible for up to 20% discount on qualifying products!

On the basket screen, simply select your Pass type. enter your 18-digit Annual Pass number, and hit apply. The relevant discount code for your Pass type will be applied to your order. Finally, check out as usual,

Annual Pass Discount Terms & Conditions

• Discount codes must be used at the time of placing order. Discounts can not be added once you have completed your purchase.

• Annual Pass discount is for use by person named on the Annual Pass only. Attempted use by another person, or obtaining a discount which you are not entitled to will be deemed as misuse. Misuse, regardless of reason will result in the pass being revoked without return or refund.
• EXEMPTIONS: Please be aware that certain items are exempt from discount (including, but not limited to, already discounted or limited edition products).
• TERMS OF USE: Alton Towers Resort reserves the right to pause or cancel any orders placed using discount codes for verification at any time. If this occurs, we will contact the customer via email for clarification. To help avoid additional checks, please ensure your Annual Pass number is entered correctly in the field provided at checkout.

Merlin Colleague Discount Code:

All current Merlin colleagues are entitled to discount off qualifying products.
To obtain, please email ATROnlineShop&Retail@alton-towers.com from your Merlin email address or alternatively send a photo of your in date Employee ID to receive the code prior to placing any orders as discount can not be added after purchase.
