Orders And Returns

 Order processing

During the main operational season we process orders several times a week. You should receive a shipping confirmation when your order has been processed. Once the order is processed it is then in the hands of our delivery partner and subject to their delivery times scales. 



Postage and Delivery Fees start from £4.95 for domestic UK Signed for Delivery (3-5 days) once order is shipped.

Please ensure you check you have entered your delivery address correctly as once the order has left the resort it is unlikely that we will be able to redirect your delivery and delivery costs incurred remain your responsibility.  

We currently don't offer international postage.

Your ATR goods will be delivered Monday through to Saturday; excluding public holidays.

We normally process online orders every other day, dependant on the business needs.

  • Orders processed on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day. 
  • Goods will be delivered Monday through to Saturday; excluding public holidays. 
  • Goods will be delivered by Royal Mail unless specified otherwise.
  • During busy periods orders can take up to 5 working days to process
  • Additional delays at peak times such as Christmas may be caused by Royal Mail, which is beyond our control. This can be up to 21 days.


Returns & Exchanges

Our return policy

In addition to your legal rights, should you change your mind, we will happily provide an exchange or refund providing the following conditions are met:

  1. The items with the original receipt are returned within 14 days of purchase. 
  1. The item has not been used and is in original condition as purchased, including all packaging with original tags and labels attached.


How to return purchases made online

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

For online exchanges, please list alternative item(s) in case we have sold out of your first choice.

Standard delivery charges apply on re-delivery for online exchanges if sent back to the online returns address, unless goods are exchanged in accordance with your statutory rights (eg. they are faulty or not as ordered).

Please note: all returns or exchanges remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by ATR On-Line Shop

Provided the conditions in our return policy have been met, a refund will be processed using the original form of payment.

Please note that delivery costs will be excluded from the refund amount unless goods are returned in accordance with your statutory rights (eg. they are faulty or not as ordered).
